WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission and Cemetery Superintendent
have requested Town Board approval for a pricing structure modification regarding the prices charged
by the Pine View Cemetery and Crematorium with such proposed new fee schedule presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the new fee schedule for
services provided at the Pine View Cemetery and Crematorium effective as of January 1St, 2016, as
presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Town
Cemetery Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to take any and all action necessary to
effectuate the new fee schedule.
