• FM has the following site comments; it is believed that the buildings
will be built in two phases. There is no indication that the entire
parking lot will be constructed with Phase 1.
If the parking lot is not constructed in its entirety with Phase 1, a
Fire Department turnaround will need to be installed in compliance
with Appendix D of the NYS Fire Code.
