The property in question is located within a Commercial Light Industrial; (CLI) zoning district within the Town of Queensbury. I have reviewed Special.Use Permit 58 from 1975 versus the current aerial photographs and find that the current operations have expanded from the original approval for parcel 302,8-2-1. It appears as though the operations have expanded onto parcels 3.02,8-2-2 ez. 25 and I can find no record of any approvals for such expansions. Additionally, it appears as though current parcel 302.8-2- 24 was part of the original landholdings for Duke Concrete Productnd the land area of that parcel was to be used for the sole access to the project approved under the.1975 approval. This parcel appears to be under separate ownership now. I have reviewed our FEMA Floodplain mapping and find,that the subject properties are located within an area noted as"Zone C"—areas of minimal flooding.
