WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr.William VanNess
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Ethics
Board, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ethics Board due to the resignation of former member
Kevin Conine and therefore the Town Board wishes to appoint Steven Jackoski to fill the unexpired
term of Mr. Conine,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Steven Jackoski to serve as a
member of the Queensbury Ethics Board until such term expires as of May 5', 2018.
Duly adopted this 25th day of January, 2016, by the following vote:
AYES Mr. Clements, Mr. Irish, Mr. VanNess, Mr. Strough, Mr. Metivier
