Dear Planning Board Member:
This letter is a narrative of what we are proosin on 87 Main Street.This site plan and building is
designed to capture the intent of the Main Street district. We plan on developing a 2 level building to
encourage community minded businesses such as restaurant, coffee shop,gourmet deli—wine store,
pet grooming, medical office, etc to locate within the site. Since this site will be developed on
speculation we plan on coming back to the board for lighting, signage, and approved parking for the use.
We plan to make application for these approvals once we have secured an interested party. Our plan
encourages mixed use businesses to promote pedestrian interest and continuity. Our diverse uses will
promote a community atmosphere.This proposed project is in harmony with the intent of the
comprehensive plan.
