Dear Planning Board Member:
It is our opinion we have met the general criteria 179-10-1060 for a special use permit. The
project at 87 Main Street in our opinion has met the harmony, compatibility, access, and
parking and has all the infrastructure and services that would be needed. The site plan and the
building have been designed to meet the intent of the new main street district zoning.
I am looking forward to our upcoming meeting to discuss this project.
