reserving the premises conveyed to the County of Warren by Warranty Deed dated
January 4, 2009 and recorded January 7, 2009 in the Warren County Clerk's Office
in Liber 3690 at page 166.
This conveyance was duly authorized by the members of the party of the first
part in accordance with Section 1211(c) of the New York Limited Liability Law.
