Applicant proposes demolition of three main buildings, shed and some site gradingto construct three new buildings in
three phases. First building to be 4,200+1-sq ft with parking from Main Street to Pine Street. Project includes merging
parcels creating two parcels. Second phase to be remainder of first building 4,200+1-sq ft then third phase is two
additional buildings 2,400 sq ft and 1,600 sq ft with a drive thru. Project includes lighting and landscapingin phase also.
Stormwater to be completed for whole site in Phase one.

Staff Notes:
Staff would ask the Town to consider only 2 exit lanes at the drive through to avoid impacts with the gas station across
the street and to minimize turning movements within the 100ft of Pine street from Broad Street. Beyond that County Staff
do not identify any significant issue.
