Westchester, State of New York on January g, 1997•His Last Will and Testament dated
June 8,1993,was probated on March 1g, 1997 in the Westchester County Surrogate's
Court with Successor Letters Testamentary being issued to Judith Ainis.
Joseph A. Fazio a/k/a Joseph Fazio died testate, a resident of the County-of
Westchester, State of New York on December 12, 1993. His Last Will and Testament
dated October 30, 1993, was probated on August 11, 1994 in the Westchester County
Surrogate's Court with Letters Testamentary being issued to Carl J. Fazio.
Hugo Anthony Starace a/k/a Hugo Starace died intestate, a resident of Collier County,
Florida, survived by Josephine Starace,widow, and his children,Jennifer Accardi and
Robert Starace.
Subject to any state of facts and accurate survey may show; more particularly subject to
any encumbrances or encroachments as may exist as of the date of conveyance.

more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the
northerly bounds of Corinth Road,said point.being located South 89 degrees, 06
minutes and 41 seconds East,a distance of 88.11 feet from the intersection of the
