Site Location: Big Bay Rd., SE of Corinth Rd 'Tax Map Number(s): 1309,13-2-2 Staff Notes: Staff reserves the right to provide additlotiW comments as this project progresses through the review process, Staff understands via an article in the Post Star that traffic naltigatlon measures are being discussed with the applicant, The County Planning staff is not aware of the details at this time so,reserves tile right to comment later. Staff would prefer to see the access at Corinth Road be an ingress only with striping for an appropriate turn lane. All egress would be visa the signalized Big Bay Road intersection. it is requested that the Town explore the feasibility of adding a right turn lane on Big Bay Road for access onto Corinth Road. Staff recommends no county impact w1th the above stipulations based on the information submitted according to the suggested review criteria of NYS General Municipal Law Section 239 L applied to the proposed project.
