that includes installation of parking, landscaping, lighting,storm water management and preparation for future
development with some tree clearing. Project includes reconfiguration of two lots to accommodate 18.44 acre
and 1.79 acre parcel; Part of the project is installation of sewer connections as an out ot'district user. SEQRA-
PlanningBoard seeks lead agency status 3/15/2016.
The proposed project is subject to a variance for height relief. The project is located in the Main Street zone
where a special use permit is for the parking to at the front of the building. The applicant is requesting a waiver
from the minimum building width due to the lot configuration.

WHEREAS,the Town Planning Board is in receipt of Site plan&Area variance applications for: Applicant
proposes construction of a 15,310 sq. ft.,three story(45 ft.), 79 room hotel and associated site work that
includes installation of"part in , landscaping, lighting, storrnwrater management and preparation for future
development with some tree clearing, Project includes reconfiguration of two lots to accommodate 18.44
acre and 1.79 acre parcel;
WHEREAS,the Planning Board of the Town oafQueensbury has determined to begin an en r m-rental
review process under the State Environmental Quality Reviews Act(SEQRA);
WHEREAS,the Planning Board of the Town of Queensbury las identified the project to be an unlisted.
action for the purposes of SE RA review pursuant to Ci NYC17;
WHEREAS, the planning board is the agency most directly responsible for approving the actions because of
its responsibility for approving the land uses for the property;
NOW THEREFORE R,E BE ITR SOLVED,The Planning hoard of the Town of Queensbury hereby indicates
its desire to be Lead Agency for SEQRA review of this action and authorizes and directs the Zoning
Administrator to notify any other potentially involved agencies of such intent.
