County Planning staff Is not aware of the details at this firne so reserves the right to comment later. The applicant's
drawings appear to depict the proposed access road at a slight offset to Big Bay Road. County Staff would request that
the Town ensure the Intersection geometry Is appropriate. Staff recommends no oounty impact with the above
stlpWatlons based on the information submitted according to the suggested review criteria of NYS General Wjnlcipal Law
