The Chazen Companies (Chazen) has received the latest submission responding to technical comments
offered by Chazen on Fe bru a ry 11,x, 2016. Based upon ou r review', Chaze n offers the following comments
for the Town's consideration:
Stormwater Management& Erosion and Sediment Controt
L In, response to comment #4 of Chazen's FebruM 10, 2016 letter, the Applicant has provided a
limited stormwater model detallipl;how the proposed stormwater chambers for the site perform
under post-deve lGprn ent coind itions, . However, a model of pre-development Conditions has not
been provided for icom pa riso n—Add itional ly,su bcatchm eint maps were not provided in support of
the rnodeL
The Applicant should provide an analysis of thesite,with desigin points�Le.entrances to Pine and
Main, existing catch basins, et .� demonstrating that runoff will snot he increased to offsite
locaflons;.We also recommend that runoff from site entrances are managed on site to the extent
practical(perhaps through the use of drywells, additional catch basins c onneu tedl to the proposed
chamber system,etc.)or at a minimum the storm,water analysis depicts that runoff to the roalds,is
less than or equal to existing conditions.
