MEMBER OF QUEENSBURY PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy for an alternate position exists on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board interviewed candidates and wishes to appoint John H. Shafer,
P.E., as such member,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints John H. Shafer, P.E., to
serve as an alternate member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires on
December 31St, 2022.
Duly adopted this 21St day of March, 2016, by the following vote:
