Councilman Robillard-How many cars are there unlicensed? Mrs. Hoffman-there are two their right now. There are children living in the cellar there are no screens in the cellar. . . Councilman Robillard requested Mr. Boynton to investigate the unlicensed car complaint. . .and the Police will also investiage. . . Mr. Boynton-I have investigated the residents as per a garbage complaint. . . Evelyn Harrington- 30 Lupine Lane- also voiced complaint against 2.8 Lupine Lain . . . children shot bee-bee gun at house and now they are thro w wf glass in the pool. . .noted that the family oaas living on welfare. . . Mr. Boynton-I asked Mr. Collins about this and he was going to investigateift. . Councilman Robillard-Requested that the Health Officer investigate the premises and also the Police Chief and give the Town Board a report. . . Shirley Hunter-55 Lupine Lane also called police on 28 Lupine Lane-children throwing rocks at his child. . . Councilman Hammond Robertson-requested a meeting with the Supervisor in regard to the proposed Sewer Project. . . Supervisor Streeter-Will meet with the Town Board and explain the project to them. . . RESOLUTION TO CONDUCT AN EVENT IN THE TOWN OF OUEENSBURY RESOLUTION No. 154, Introduced by Mr. Gordon Streeter who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Harold Robillard: RtEBOLQEP, that permission is hereby granted to conduct an event as follows : Sponsor-West Glens Falls Fire Company Event-Daredevil exhibition by Michael Beckwith Place-West Glens Falls Fire Company Property Date-July 4, 1975 and be it further 43 RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit to the aforesaid sponsor upon receipt of proof of liability insur- ance in the amount of not less than $500, 000/$1,000, 000 bodily injury liability and $50, 000 property damage liability insurance. Letter from Mr. Flaherty was received and placed on file recommending the following resolution: RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BIDS FOR WATER DEPARTMENT 14ATERIALS RESOLUTION NO. 155 , Introduced by Mr. Hammond Robertson who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Harold Robillard: WHEREAS, Thomas Flaherty, Water Superintendent did recommend that we advertise for bids for Water Department Materials to be used for the installation of service lines during 1975, and WHEREAS, eight bids were received and turned over to Mr. Flaherty for his recommendation, now therefore be it RESOLVED, that upon Mr. Flaherty' s request the Town Board accept the bid on Cast Iron materials oC Vellano Brothers Inc. of $1, 251. 70 and be it further RESOLVED, that upon Mr. Flaherty' s request the Town Board accept the bid on Brass and Copper Materials of Martisco Corp. of $3 +12. 30, and be it further RESOLVED, that the financing of material was included in the 1975 water department budget.
