Mr. Dutchery again ask the Town to give a decision on the Burch Property. . .
Councilman Robillard- stated that the Building & Zoning Department noted that
there are no violations if :Mr. Dutcher feels there is he must contact his
own attorney for possible action. . .
Unknown-Asked if the Town could put a water line in on the Sherman Island
Road. . .
Supervisor Streeter-The Town Board has decided to proceed with such a project—
Mr. Arthus Turnbull-Has there been any Tax consideration what-so-ever been
made to the Pyramid Co. ?

Councilman Rob&rtson-noted that School Taxes are not controlled by the
Town Board—The Town has bean holding the line for quite some time but
the residents must realize to provide the services they request the tax
rate must raise. . .
Councilman Barber-noted that the Pyraalid Co. has been very cooperative
with the different agencies. . .
Councilman Olson-Welcomed the Pyrardid-asset regarding more employment-

RESOLUTION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR WATER DEPARTMENT HIGHWAY BORING
RESOLUTION NO. 176 Introduced by Mr. Hammond Robertson who moved its
adoption, seconded by Mr. Gordon Streeter:
WHEREAS , Thomas Flaherty, Queensbury Water Superintendent has requested
thhe the Town Board solicit sealed bids for a highway boring on Corinth
Road, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury solicit sealed bids
for the purchase of the above material and that the following notice be
published once in the official town newspapers in the following form:
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
will receive proposals on a highway boring under Corinth Road for the
Queensbury Water Department.
A complete copy of the specifications will be available in the office
of the Town Clerk.
Bids will be received up to 5 :00 P .M. on the 26th day of August, 1975
at the Town Clerk' s Office in the Town of Queensbury Office Building,
Bay and Haviland Roads, Glens Falls , New York, 12801.
Bids must be submitted in sealed OPAQUE envelopes marked "Water Department
Highway Boring" bid and there shall be submitted with such bid the Certificate
of Non-Collusion as required by Section 103D of the General MunicipalT,haw.
The Town Board will meet at the Town Office Building at 7 : 30 P.M. on
the 26th day of August, 1975 at which time the bids will be opened and
read aloud.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
