G�tsel ecretary Special Meeting March 11 , 1971 4;30 P.M. Commissioners Van Dusen, Cowles, Regan & Supt Dunn Present. The meeting was called to ascertain if the cemetery commission would consider selling cemetery land to John Ross of Regan & Denny Funeral Service Inc, for use as a funeral home. Commissioner Regan abstained from voting. It was agreed by the ether members of the commission that they did not feel they should initiate the regflst to the Town Beard to sell the land. But, if John Rose would initiate the request for the land to the Town Bead, the commission would have no objection to the request. No other business to be taken up, the me ting was adjourned at 5; 30 P.M. Secretary Regular Meeting -April 7, 1971 4; 30 P.M. Commissioners Van Dusen, Regan & Supt Dunn Present; Cowles Absent; Supervisors Solomon, Austin & Roberson present; Cemetery commission accepted funds from the estate of Walter W. Clark for care of let located in Seely Cemetery, Town of Queensbury, Walter W. Clark Lot. It was agreed that the budget will net change, and that there are no additional funds available. The selling of land to John Ross of Regan & Denny Funeral Service Inc, was discussed and it was felt that the amount of land desired by him should be- first measured off and a suitable buffer zone agreed on before any further discussion.
