It was agreed that Mr Van Dusen would write a letter to the Town
Board concerning the sale of land to John Ross. The letter stating
the land to be used for funeral hone only. If this was not the case
the land could,�vb'€ bought back for the price paid for it. There
would be a 104 ft. buffer between the cemetery add funeral home/
The price to be considered would be not less than $150.00 per Sq Ft. 1
The money received, if any, would be divided into 25% for Perpetual
Care Fund and 25% for major improvements for cemet ry such as roads.
It was agreed to take the Tense fown infront of Seely Cemetery,
on the Ridge Road.
No other further business to come before the meeting it was adjourned
at 5;30 PM.
