The following items listed below must be addressed before a building permit is issued.
1) Provide engineered stamped structural drawings detailing the cell tower and foundation required for the
' /structure.
z) 'Submit engineering calculations for soils, and concrete foundations for structure and cell tower.
-/3) Provide contract from firm responsible for required special inspections (soils, concrete and structural
connections).
r4) rovide letter stating who will be providing Final Sign Off at completion of project.
