The purpose of this visit was to observe the installation of the new septic system designed by EDP dated March 7, 2012. Based on my review of the plans and observation of the installation it is my opinion that the system was installed substantially in compliance with the intent of the design plans. It should be noted that the new system was installed to serve lot 140 only, even though the plans were designed to cover both 139 & 140 if deemed necessary.
