This letter will serve as official notice that lot 48 Wind song Drive has been deemed uninhabitable and
unsafe and must be demolished by April 15,2012,
The home has severe water and structural damage,no furnace,electrical violations and other misc.
damage that make the mobile home beyond repair.
I will expect the exterior of the property to be cleaned up by January 1,2012 and all outside debris
removed.
