Our sign code regulates freestanding signs as follows: 45 square feet at a minimum 15 ft property line setback 60 square feet at a minimum 25 ft property line setback Your proposal for 55 square feet at a 16ft setback would appear to be inconsistent with our sign code requirements. You can either downsize the sign to 45 sf max or seek a sign variance for the setback issues. I hope this information is helpful.
