The design percolation rate was 1 inch in 6 - 7 minutes. The design rate required a minimum of 196 feet of absorption trench for the proposed 3 bedroom home without a garbage grinder and without a hot tub. The percolation test was performed on May 11, 2012. I further certify that I inspected a portion of the septic system including the septic tank and distribution box on June 5, 2013. The remainder of the septic system was covered at the time of my site inspection. Based on that portion of the system that was visible to me at the time of my site inspection, the system appears to be installed substantially in accordance with my design and that portion of the septic system has been accepted by me.
