However,GMS has reviewed the special inspection reports prepared by Gifford Engineering dated 9/10/12,the concrete compression tests prepared by Construction Technology dated 9/5/2012,and the photos taken by the contractor during construction. The drive thru appears to have been repaired in accordance with the latest set of drawings prepared by GMS dated 9/12/2012"Issue for Record."
