The floor insulation may be omitted from the two story residence to be
constructed for Scott Estabrook on Dixon Road, Queensbury,New York; providing a
blanket insulation with an R-19 insulation value is applied, full height,to the basement
exterior walls. This insulation must have an FSK or other fire resistant facing.
