The aerial,photo indicates there is a lawn area from the beach area to the east boundary line:-a small portion of this area indicates proposed boat storage on the applicants plans-clarification will be needed. The LPC permit obtained by staff shows the slip numbers, the beach house building. Traffic- The applicant's plans show the location of parking on the site with no space markings. The permit infon-nation indicates there are 75, parking spaces between the Alex y Lane area and the shoreline area., Aerial photos, also show one:access point to enter and exit the parking area., Grading and drainage plan/Sediment and erosion,control -There are no,proposed changes to the site- approving the existing site as has been maintained by thre applicant. * Landscape plan—The applicant has indicated that the existing landscaping, lawn and beach to be maintained as currently exists. * Site lighting plan- The existing three light posts along the wooden dock walkway near the office building as shown on the plan are:to remain.
