RESOLUTION ADDING RICHARD'S PLACE TO LIST OF TOWN
PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS AND ROAD NAMES

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Queensbury Town Board adopted a list of names
for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add "Richard's Place," a private roadway/driveway
located off of Newcomb Street, to the Town's list of private driveways and road names,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adds "Richard's Place"to the Town of
Queensbury's list of private driveways and roads, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Clerk, Town
Highway Department and Director of Building and Codes Enforcement to take any actions necessary
to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

I, Melissa Finch St. John, own property on Newcomb Street, tax map number
309.10-1-72. This partial has 3 separate residences on it. In order to get these 3 homes into
the 911 system, each home must have its own separate address. In order to facilitate this, I am
seeking to create a private drive on this property and be assigned a separate #for each home. I
am requesting to name the private drive "Richard's Place". If you have any questions feel free
