The system consists of a 1,000-gallon heavy duty precast concrete septic tank, a 4'0 heavy duty precast concrete pump station, and a 15' x 30' absorption bed. A representative from our office visited the site during system installation. Based upon our site inspection and our discussions with the installer, Cook Septic, it is my opinion that, with the exception of surface finishing and turf establishment, the system was installed in general conformance with the design plan prepared by our office.
