Owner will provide building permit only, all other permits and fees shall be supplied by the contractor. This work shall include specifications as referenced below and on included drawings "Al" and scope of work reviewed with Mall Operations Manager. Project involves creation of a new tenant space "42", to be built in the current space"43". • Contractor shall review site and work scope with Mall Operations Manager prior to bid • Contractor shall remove and dispose of all debris and materials associated with this project per local, state and federal codes • Contractor will be responsible to verify field conditions and dimensions • Contractor shall be responsible to terminate, wiring, plumbing, HVAC and utilities serving the existing space (43), back to demising wall. • Contractor shall install new demising wall to delineate the space. The west wall shall be approximately 80 feet long to create a storefront in line with the adjacent storefronts. The south wall shall be a continuation of the existing east side wall currently demising space 42 to a width approximately 27 feet. This will create a space approximately 2175sq.ft. • Demise walls shall be constructed on 22 gauge metal studs to the deck with 5/8" fire rated drywall on each side. Demise walls to be taped, finished with spackling, sanded and left in paint ready condition. • Contractor shall install a barricade at the storefront using 22ga. Metal studs and %" drywall on the mall side. Contractor shall install a 30" luan door in the center of the barricade. • Contractor shall leave the existing electric service sized at 100 amps currently fed from utility room 2. • Contractor shall reenergize existing fluorescent lighting in the space. • Contractor shall stub in sanitary drain and domestic water.
