Proposals will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk until 7 : 30 p .m. Eastern Daylight Time on April 18, 1974 at which time and place they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The work is to be accomplished under separate contracts ad follows : General Construction Work Plumbing Work Heating and Ventilating Work Electrical Work Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of: Cushing, Choppa Associates Quaker Village, Glens Falls , New York 12801 The beforementioned Documents may be obtained upon payment of a deposit of $50. 00 for each complete set at the office of the Architects , Cushing, Choppa Associates, Quaker Village, Glens Falls , New York 12801, phone (518) 793-5183 Full deposit will be refunded upon return of each set of documents in good condition within ten (10) days after bidding date.
