Members of the Commission have examined the site and it is the opinion of this Board that the property in question would not be suitable for burial purposes . It would, therefore, be the opinion of the Commission that such a conveyance, if made with appropriate restrictions to protect the interest of Pine View Cemetery and the community, would be acceptable to us. We would expect that the proper percentage of the purchase price be applied to our Pineview Cemetery Perpetual Care fund and we would hope that at least a part of the balance be used for improving; the Pineview Cemetery property.
