Electric of Glens Falls, New York in the amount of $91,400. 00 was the lowest of the several bids received by the Town Board and K & J. Electric having executed and filed a non-collusion certificate required by Section 103D of the General Municiggl Law as amended, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Town Beard of the Town of Queensbury, accept the bid of K & J Electric in the amount of $91,400. 00 and that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury with K & J. Willis of the League of Women Voters noted their concern in regard to re-cycling and wondered if the thwn could operate some type of system as other areas do to re-cycle bottles, cans and papers. . . thus conserving the landfil area. . . Councilman Barber noted that the Town has been working on the problem and sometime within the year a program will be started in the Town. . .
