RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TAMMIE LANDERS TO CARRYOVER
TWO DAYS OF UNUSED VACATION TIME

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Clerk has advised that her 2nd Deputy Tax Receiver
Tammie Landers has accumulated two (2) vacation days that she will be unable to use before
December 31St, 2016 and therefore has requested Town Board approval to carryover such days beyond
December 31St, 2016, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve such request with the understanding that such
approval shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Tammie Landers' carryover
of two (2) vacation days beyond December 31St, 2016, such days to be used before December 31St
2017, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk
and/or Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
