Jones Associates Architects - Environmental Planners 339 Aviation Road Queensbury, NY 12804 Phone: (518) 793-1015 Fax: (518) 793-2223 E-mail:info@rejaarchitects.com October 17, 2016 Waiver Requests from Site Plan Review Requirements Re: Hudson Headwaters Health Network- Proposed Privacy Fence 161 Carey Road Tax Map Parcel 309.13-2-31 Waiver Request Narrative: Item G-Site Lighting: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the project does not involve any changes to the existing light fixtures and does not add any new light poles or wall mounted fixtures to the existing building. Item H-Site Signage: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the project does not involve any changes to the existing site signage and does not add any new freestanding signs or wall mounted signage to the existing building. Item I-Utility Systems: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the project does not involve any changes to the existing on-site utility systems. Item J-SWPPP: A waiver from this requirement is requested as site disturbance required for installation of the privacy fence would be approximately 1,000 square feet which will have no impact on the existing storm drainage system for the project site. Item K-Site Topography: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the proposed installation of the privacy fence would not require alteration to the existing site grades. Item L-Landscaping: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the existing trees, shrubs and other landscaping provided by the original site plan review would remain and no additional planting would be required. Item P-Floor Plans& Building Elevations: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the project does not involve any additions or alterations to the existing buildings. Item R-Construction Waste Disposal: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the project does not involve construction that would result in major quantities of construction debris and waste. Item S-Snow Removal &Storage: A waiver from this requirement is requested as the project does not involve any changes to the existing pavement or walkway areas for the site. Existing snow removal and snow storage areas have proven to be adequate for the existing site layout.
