The purpose of this notice Is to inform you that the permit application described below was
received on July 7, 2016 by the Adirondack Park Agency.
This notice is also being sent to the Chairman of the County Planning Board; Chairman of
the RegionaI Planning Board, if any; the chief elected officer, clerk, code enforcement officer
and planning beard chairman, if any, of the town or village where the project is located; and
the Adirondack Park Local Government Review Board-
It is not necessary to respond to this notice unless you want to do so. If you wish to provide
written comments, mail them to Patrick S. Connally, the assigned MAPA Environmental
Program Speciallst 1 (i~PS1), and reference the above project number.
PROJECT SPONSOR, LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION
The Agency received ars application on July 7, 2016 for a project proposed by Michael &
Elaine Feeney its the Town of Queensbury, Warren County, on or neat Lockhart Mountain
Road in an area designated as Rural Use on the Adirondack Park Land Use and
Development Plan Map. The tax map number of the project sIte Is; Section 252, Block 1,
Parcel 21, The attached map shows the approximate location of the project site.
The project is briefly described as follows: Construction of a single family dwelfing with on-
site wastewatsr treatment system and expansion of a driveway in a wetlands arca.
