1. The Sewage system was designed and built for a 2-bedroom,home in 1994. It includes a 1000
gal. concrete septic tank, distribution box and 180"of tile field. It will be necessary to add a tank
(at least 1250 gal is required for a 4-bedroom home). also,additional the field will be added to
meet design capacity. In addition,the owner is able to join the community septic system that is
in place and has design capacity for at least 5 additional homes.
2. Water supply is provided by Takundewide Homeowners association, Inc., a NYSDOH permitted
and regulated water system. The water source is Lake George.
