Fastrac Cafe stores emphaslz,e freshly prepared foods_ The standard fare includes made-to-order pizzas and sandwiches, both hot and cold. The Fastrac Cafe menu also includes an extensive breakfast selection_ Menu items can be prepared while the customers wall or, for added conven[ence, Fastrac customers can place an order online to have it ready when they arrive. A drive thru window adds to the customers'conven[ence, allowing them to pick up their pre-*rdered food or order prepared food items from the menu board. While emphasizing the prepared foods, Fastrac Cafe stores also sell traditional convenience store items including snacks, ice cream, soft drinks, alcohol, and tobacco products. Customers are able to pick up grocery items, such as milk and a loaf of bread, at the drive-thru window. Alcohol, tobacco products, and lottery tickets are not available for purchase at the drive- thru window. Fastrac will also provide its tore service, the retail sale of gasoline and diesel fuel. The gasoline filling island is located to the side of the building versus the traditional location of the front of the property. Fastrac aims to emphasize the building and the services that are found within the building versus the fueling island. The diesel filling island is located to the rear of the property. Both islands, and the underground petroleum storage/dispensing systems, include the latest technology for both inventory monitoring and spill prevention to reduce the potentlaI of an accident involving either the storage or dispensing of petroleum products. The southeast corner of the Site (along Corinth Riaad) is approximately thTee feet higher than the sidewalk that parallels Corinth Road, The Site Slopes down frorn this palet In a north-northwesterly direction. The new stare wild be a one-story, 5,8.00 square-foot boding- Architectural elevations of the new building are attached. The building exterior has been designed to project a more upscale, food-oriented business than a trsditiondl convenience store. The exterlor Includes varlous building materials with architectural elements to provide interest and character to the building. Parking for 30 vehIc€es Is provided plus 20 additional spaces (rcpt including stacking) at the pump islands. The store will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week%vith a maximum of six employees on a typical shift. Three new, full access driveways are proposed- Orae driveway is at the Southeast corner and enters frorn/exits onto Corinth Road. The other two driveways, one at the southwest corner and one at the northwest corner,enter from/exit onto the new hotel driveway/roadway. The proposed project €s not expected to have 3 signiftarit impact on traffic. According to the traffic counts from the NYSDOT highway inventory, Corinth Roads's average annual daily trafft (AADT) is 8,753 trips- Based on the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Trip Generatlon Manualr a convenience market with gasoline pumps is ant€cipated to generate a morning peak hour traffic count of 230 vehicle trips per hour. The anticipated evening peak hour is 285 vehicle trips entering and exiting the site per hour. These trip generations do not take into consideration pass-by trips (existing traffic IraveIing along Corinth Road). Available utilities include public water, public sewer and private electric, communication, and gas- Storrnwater runoff will be managed to order to meet the requirements of the NY5DEC SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activity. Runoff will be captured onsite to provide runoff quality treatment and to provide the requ€red runoff reduction- Stprmwater runoff quantity management alternatives are being explored. The first alternative is to attenuate the peals flaws on site prior to discharging to the newly constructed roadside ditch. The second alternat€ve Is to discharge to the roads;Ide dRch and allow the peak flow m€tigation to occur at the Hotel development's infiltration basin.
