The subject property consists of a lawful nonconforming single family residence (shoreline setback) with an accessary structure and a carport. The proposed project involves the expansion of the residence, removal of the existing carport for replacement with a detached garage and the addition of a covered parking area for utility vehicles (golf cart, ATI). This covered puking area by Town definition becomes a second garage. The new Owners of this property, Anil & Jenna Crasto desire a new access to the entry way of the residence. Included under this project is a proposed paved pathway from the garage area dow to the residence. While this access is not intended or suitable for conventional vehicles (car) it will support, both in width and slope, access by a utility vehicle (golf cart, ATV), We will be seeping area variances for the expansion of the lawful, nonconforming residence and for the construction of the second 'garage'.
