The proposed Fastrac Cafe is for the construction of a 5,800 square-foot (SF) convenience store with gasoline and diesel fueling services. The site is located at 220 Corinth Road (Route 28) adjacent to the Interstate 87 Exit 18 corridor in the south west end of the town. Fastrac Markets is under purchase contract with the current owner, Switchco LLC to purchase the entire 2.155 acre parcel. Inclusive of the application materials is a copy of this purchase contract along with original signatures from Mr. Jerry Nudi as the current property owner. This application package includes the following within this tabbed submittal: 1. Cover Letter 2. Planning Board Application (including the application form, pre-sub. Meeting notes, deed. & checklist) 3. NYSDEC Environmental Assessment Form(EAF) 4. Special Use Permit Request 5. Waiver Request(for parking in front of the building and for landscaped perimeter strip) 6. Traffic Impact Analysis Summary 7. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)Summary 8. Site Plan (Excerpts as 11 X1 7 sheets) The package includes full size (2406) site plan sheets along with the site plan application fee check. (The check is for both our Planning Board and Zoning Board Application totaling S 500) With this submittal we were hoping to be heard at the March scheduled planning board meeting either on March 21 or 28.
