As you are aware Anil Crasto,Principle Member of Magical Shom Acres LLC Inas submitted Zoning and
Planning permit applications for improvements to the referenced property. In consideration of Me,
requirements of Queensbury 7oning Regulations Section 179-3-040 (5)(e)we will.be ultimately
providing written certification of compliancer of the existing.wastewater with current standards and
requirements. Submitted herein,as part Of this preliminary certification letter is a print of the wastewater
system design plain which was the, basis of the existing system's installation.,
,s designed, this system has a capacity f 7 10 gallons which is adequate to handle the five bedroorrn
capacity proposed for this residence and accessory structure. Site observation and discussions with the
prier owner(mho was responsible for the system's installation) indicates an "as burilf condition Which is
preliminarily compliant with the desigpn plan, Since winter conditions had set': in prior to my site
investigation l Was limited in my confirmation of systema size and capacity. Once spring conditions have
taken hold T will complete rimy investigation to estabiish my as-built analysis.
