Dear Chairman H unsinger and Planning Board Members,
When we commenced construction of the parking lot it came to our attention that we needed better
traffic flow throughout the parking lot itself. We found that employees and customers were having a
difficult time navigating in and out of the parking lot without the circular flow of traffic_
As a result of the continued parking lot jam, we opened up the circular flow and this proved to make
quality of He for out employees and customers much better. The additional paved area accounts for
approximately 2000 sq. ft
