The Owner had asked if we could enlarge the absorption field area to provide some expansion capacity to a four bedroom system. With the backhoe onsite we were able to determine depth to bedrock to enable the slight widening of the bed area(from the proposed 15'to IT). This was discussed with Queensbury staff(Charlie Dyer)once it was confirmed. The as-built configuration of the field has been added and note that the septic tank was specified to be a 1250 gallon tank. The tank and field are designed/constructed for a 440 gallon per day capacity. All other aspects of the work were constructed as designed and using the materials as specified. Based on my inspection of the system installation it is my opinion that the wastewater system is in compliance with the intent of the approved design plan and as-built modifications and is ready for operation.
