This letter is to request and substantiate the grant of a Variance for our single home residence
located at 00 Hidden Hil15 Drive Queensbury. The Variance req ue5ted is a 12x18 Carport which will be
consistent with other single family home In the area.
We request a Lia ria nce allowing a 12x18 carport to be built on the south side of the house. This
structure does not rneet the minimum setback req u i re rn e nts of the Moderate Density Residential; MDR
district_ Minimum setback i5 20 and this will leave 13.85 as the new setback.
We are requesting the Variance for a 12x18 Carport for the following reasons;
* Put a barrier between paint and damaging weather( UV radiation damage)
