The proposed scope of wwork to,the Fasaalo/Bodette property involves the removal, of an open
porch, existing second floor and, the reconstruction of the second floor,new entry with srrasall
deck, and interior alterations. The existing,non-conforming site and existing building location
will require an area vairianee and relief ftorn the %,perm, ea bilit .
The proposed additions require,miniTnum site disturbance since they will be in the footprint of
the existing rear perch and above the existing first floor. The row of cedars along the est
propertyBrae will require extensive trimming and/or removal to access the well g
equipment, but the lawn will be replaced as required.. To increase the perrrmedbility,eave
trenches will be proved along the east and west sides of the existing residence and permeably
pavers to replace a portion,of the asphalt pavement..
bedroom capacity,wastewatersystern permit has been designed,by 'Hutchins Engineering
and filed with the Town of Queensbuty for approval. A domestic water well will be drilled as
part of the proposed project:.
