Enclosed please find 15 submission packages for the referenced project, in which the applicant
proposes to construct a new single family residence with attached garage, 775-ft drive, on-site
wastewater system, stormwater management practices, landscaping and utilities.
Site plan review is required for the driveway's slope exceeding 10% (12% proposed) and for site
disturbance within 50-ft of a 15% slope. A two-lot subdivision creating the lot was approved in
2009, under the previous zoning code, therefore the setbacks from that code are applied to this
project.
We respectfully request that this application be placed on the Board's agendas for one of the
May meetings. Please contact this office if you have any questions or if you require additional
