Enclosed please find 15 submission packages for the Fine] Subdivision phase for the,
reef rained project, which re alved preliminary approval! at the Juana 23, 2016 meeting.
,'Su b!saqu a nt to that meeting, the site plans were fully detailed and the engineering comments
were responded to on April 3, 2017.
As your may recall, the project is a -lot subdivision of lir. Hughes' 19,73-acre parcel along
Oxbow Dill Road, Glen Lakin Road, and State Route 149. A private road will wiginate at Oxbow
Hill toad and will and with a turn-around at the border of Lot 4, A 5D-ft wide mass easement
will be granted to the lints and a homeowners, association will be fwmedto maintain the road
and st rmwwatar management practices.
