We are interested in working with non-profit and public agencies that can provide a quality work experience for eligible youth ages 14-20. Youth are recruited from the entire school population,as well as youth who are out of school. All youth must meet funding eligibility guidelines. We are enclosing our newsletter profiling the highlights of last year's summer and year-round youth programs. Our goal is to train youth to be good employees so they are better prepared for their future. We accomplish this through a partnership with area host sites that provide meaningful work and supervision for the youth. In exchange,we provide the youth;their wages and staff support to ensure a positive experience for all involved. Together we can help create a better-prepared workforce. Tentative dates for this year's program are July 5 to August 18 (or beyond if funding is available).
