Contractor hereby submits the following specifications:
1. Remove old steps from under sliding glass door
2. Remove flashing and existing ledger board
3. Remove siding where deck will be build
4. Install new flashing where new deck ledger will go
5. Install new ledger boards for deck
6. Dig and install sonotube footers and sonotubes for concrete
7. Pour concrete in sonotubes and place post clips for 4x4 in concrete
8. Install 4x4's off concrete to receive a 2x10 header in two points for framed deck to sit
on
9. Start building framed deck with 2x10 treated framing
10. Joist hangers will be installed to receive 2x10 joists
11. Install new 5/4x6 deck boards for deck flooring
12 Install 3 stringers to receive 2x12 stair tread approximately 5 feet total length with
small concrete pad under stringers for support
13. Install all handrails using 2x4 framing, deck balusters and top off with 5/46 deck
plank at a minimum of 3' off deck
