The following comments are based on review of drawings:
• I have reviewed the submitted site plan drawings for a new proposed
road, from Aviation load to a proposed hotel project.
Two items of concern:
1) It appear that a concrete type traffic deterrent barrier is being proposed
and this is not acceptable for emergency service access.
The entry and egress lanes are shown t 16' and a 2.0" driving surface i
required per 5 03 1.1 of IFC.
