herein described, running thence South 03 degrees, 30 minutes and 20 seconds West, along, the
easterly bounds of lands of said Connelly for a distance of 122.00 feet to a capped iron rod at the POL
Southeast comer thereof; said point also being the northeast comer of lands now or formerly of Nk
Douglas & Wendy Vance thence North 84 degrees, 33 minutes and 20 seconds West, along, the
southerly bounds of said Connelly and the northerly bounds of said Vance and lands now or
formerly of Wilbur & Nma Dean, for a distance of 800.40 feet to a point for a comer thence t-3

lands now or formerly of Joan Combs, Michael & Karen LeBlanc, Maurice & Cathy Ann Combs,
Milford & Loraine & Palmer and Henry & Patricia Steves for a distance of 795.42 feet to the
point and place of beginning.
Containing 2.28 acres of land, being the same more or less.
